7. Appointments & Telemedicine

  • Appointments are scheduled through the Platform

  • Telemedicine services are provided by practitioners, not ChronCare

  • ChronCare is not liable for missed appointments, delays, or outcomes of consultations


8. Payments (If Applicable)

If payment features are enabled:

  • Fees will be clearly displayed before booking

  • Payments may be processed via third-party providers

  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to practitioner or platform policies


9. Medical Disclaimer

The Platform is not a substitute for:

  • Emergency medical care

  • In-person diagnosis where required
